Note for Business Customers (B2B)

The following right of withdrawal applies exclusively to consumers as defined in Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB). Business customers as defined in Section 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB) do not have a right of withdrawal.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods, or, in the case of a partial delivery, on which you took possession of the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (see contact details below) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., via email or a letter sent by mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, though this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the deadline expires.

CONSEQUENCES OF WITHDRAWAL

If you withdraw from this contract, you will receive a refund of all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction for the refund, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no event will you be charged any fees for this refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and, in any case, no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the deadline expires.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. Returns of the Learning Tower (3-in-1) must be made exclusively via our shipping partner GO! Express & Logistics. You can find more information about the costs for return shipping on our page“Shipping & Returns”.

If you are unable to return or surrender the goods received, as well as any benefits derived from their use (e.g., benefits of use), or if you can only return or surrender them in part or in a deteriorated condition, we reserve the right to claim compensation for the loss in value. Compensation for diminished value must be paid for the deterioration of the item and for any benefits derived only to the extent that such benefits or deterioration result from handling the item in a manner not necessary for testing its nature, characteristics, and functionality.

“Inspection of the properties and functionality” refers to testing and trying out the respective goods, as is possible and customary in a retail store.

EXCLUSION OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose manufacture an individual selection or specification by the customer is decisive, or that are clearly tailored to personal needs.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

Please note the following instructions to ensure a smooth return process (these are not a prerequisite for exercising the right of withdrawal):

1. Please return the goods to us in the original packaging, if possible, along with all accessories and packaging components. Therefore, please retain the packaging until you have made a final decision regarding the purchase.
2. Do not return the goods freight collect—we cannot accept such shipments.
3. We recommend sending the return as an insured package with tracking to avoid potential costs and issues for both parties.
4. An exception to this is the return of the Learning Tower (3-in-1): This is handled exclusively via a pickup arranged by us through a shipping carrier. You can find more information under “Shipping & Returns”.
